Erm....OK, I'll ask...she says being shoved forward.....what is the riddle? Am soo going to regret asking this, but please explain cos it's driving me bananas!

There's a solution to each one, for example the last one #28 is "wheels in motion", #3 is "sitting duck" and so on. :)

26 is Apple pie order

25 - cat among the pigeons.

OOoo I got one!!!! 20 right between the eyes!!  ;D ;D ;D ok, am on a roll...ish.. ::)

19 -  Lay preacher

16 - If in doubt don't do it

27 - in the soup

2  Vanish into thin air

11 A tall order
18 A school of fish
22 Jack of all trades
23 Three men in a boat

5 - crocodile tears (tiers)

15 - Stick up??

As far as I can see that just leaves 4, 6 and 13 to do.

I posted at other forums as well so here are some suggestions to the three unsolved ones:

4 = slice of lime
13 = home news (don't understand that one!)
6 = a high price to pay

Weather beaten is a good one for 13! :D
