Those photos are just fabulous Jill, and that is rare from me, because I normally never bother with pictures ...
Derekthefox :D
just lovely j :)
Probably quite treacherous Joji, but very beautiful and picturesque too. Great photos! busy_lizzie
Wonderful pics Joji, the view from your house looks lovely, hope you got more snow last night!
No more snow guys but it is so cold here today that it has all turned to ice and is very dangerous. :(
That is the worst part I find about snow, when it compresses and then freezes, as you say treacherous. Take care, broken bones are so easy in these conditions.
Derekthefox :D
Joji ;D
Lovely Photograph's
What Area is that theHeads of the Valleys Around the Merthyr Area!!
No Tulip-23 :)
It is the Rhondda Valleys Merther - Ferndale & the mountains go from ponty pridd all the way to Aberdare. The forests are called St. Gwinnows & LLanwoonow forests. That area of Forest at the top of the pic is where we run the huskies. Quite handy really as most of our friends have quite a bit of a journey to there forests. :)
Still beautiful there joji Use to do my Archery in Merthyr.
A Long time ago now...
Joji. Ah memories. I spent the last year of the war (evacuated) in Trecynon/ Aberdare with a wonderful family. We lived at the bottom of quite a steep hill (Mill St) but still had to struggle in the snow to reach Chapel!!
Lorna
I know some friends in Mill st. I will get pics for you next time I am over there. :)
Joji Thanks. would love. I lived in the last house (if it is still there) at the bottom of the hill on the left hand side. I spent 11weeks in hospital and the family were so good to me.
Ok Lorna give me a couple of weeks and I will see what I can do for you. :) :)
Can I come and live at your house please?
Please post pics of the dogs in the snow if it comes again. Would be great to see them in their element
Redclanger
OH said NO because you support the wrong football team. :D ;D
Baggy
We are due more snow. I will get pics of them down the lottie as there is nothing growing in there at the moment and it is only out the back ;D
