Title: Transplanting in Frost

Any advice please
Can I transplant anything this weekend in these conditions. i.e. Raspberrys. rhubarb strawberrys.

When I bought my bare root strawbs and rasps it said not to plant if risk of frost. I'd have thought it'd put a lot of stress on them.

Was going to transplant my artichokes but don't think I'll risk it now. I'm looking forward to eating tons of artichokes next year and I don't want anything to jepordise that!
