Title: Beaver
Post by: Glyn on November 15, 2005, 14:59:59
Hard to catch them doing this....as you can see they can do a lot of damage, and this being a popular walk with children/adults, very dangerous with falling tree's half bitten through.

They aren't doing it with intent to squash a few adults and children under a tree though are they. Or are they?  Evil Beavers!

Their not evil Heldi, just greedy for timber to build their dams. Trouble is they choose huge trees that 9 times out of 10 fall into the forest not the river, so they end up no good for them.
I have never yet seen an adult Beaver, but had the rare pleasure of seeing a baby Beaver swimming around once.
Very interesting animals. ;D

There are two beavers and they both walk into their house one leaves the door open and the other one says shut the dam door.
