Title: GOOD NEWS
Post by: rosebud on November 02, 2005, 22:15:30
I would just like to share my good news with you all.

Today i went for an Angiogram to see if i needed a triple or quadruple bypass, my Cardiologist decided he would try Angioplasty instead, he seems to think there is a very good chance of it working.  I am delighted. I have been very worried over the last few months with all the waiting and wondering when it was going to happen..... Share my delight.  Thank you Eileen for your continuous support.  Cheers all Rosebud. ;D ;D

Oh thats just great news Rosebud.  Heard of a few folk having Angioplasty and it is usually a successful procudure and not so invasive.  You won't be in hospital long either and be back home before you know it.  They will also see the condition of your heart.  I am sure evverything will turn out just fine.  I am pleased for you. and hope its not too long before you get it done.

:D :D :D :D :D

Rosebud - it must be such a relief for you to know at last what they can do to help you......as Carol has said, the successes of this procedure are good and certainly not so invasive - a big hug for you, stay positive and hope it's soon all taken care of for you.

H.P.

A big step in the right direction, Mary.  This has been hanging over you for so long now - with all the uncertainty involved this news must be a great relief.  Fingers still crossed but you must be much more hopeful now.  Best wishes and look forward to hearing of progress.

That really is wonderful news, Rosebud.  A far less invasive form of treatment so you should be much better off.  Do you have a date yet?

Oh Mary, wonderful news!  My dad's sister had the very same procedure a couple of years back and is doing great on it, still working on her allotment all hours - as mad as the rest of us!

I have just swotted up on it and it really seems like a very un-invasive procedure, which means you will be on the road to recovery in days rather than weeks and months!  Thrilled for you!

Now, you make sure young Yellow Petals looks after you!  ;) ;D

Lots of Love Mary!

Emma is my new best friend  ;D

It is indeed superb news.  I was so, so worried for a while because I didn't know if mum was going to be able to cook Christmas dinner for me this year, phew.

On a more serious note; definitely fabulous news to brighten up an other wise rubbish day.  A tear or two of relief was shed!  Yay mum! xxx

Now you can really enjoy your birthday THIS COMING FRIDAY (she told me not to say anything....hehe)
