Title: Office twitchers
Post by: Looby Loo on October 28, 2005, 16:57:57
At work, we have a tuck box where all the procedes go to feeding the birds in our 'garden' outside the office.

So far we have seen blackbirds, starlings, green finches, coal tits, great tits, blue tits, sparrows, dunnocks, a pair of moorhens, one coot, gold finches, collared doves, a lesser spotted wood pecker, one squirrel and maybe a siskin

Not bad going as we are on an industrial estate next to a busy road.

The only drawback is we are constantly up at the window with binoculars - not much work goes on!!

What a good idea!! Must get my act together and move bird table to a place where the birds can actually reach it, and the cat doesn't use it a a covered snoozing place.... ::) ::) ::)
