The first two were taken on the road  up to the Cairngorms...the A9 I think.
The rest are of Loch Ness.

They were all taken in February of this year Diana.

For a minute there I thought you were going to say today - I know there was some of the white stuff forcast earlier this week. I was just about to sprint up the road + check the hills here, but I don't do running, so I'm glad you said February ;D

Lovely photos Heldi, friends of ours are having a bungalow built overlooking Loch Ness. I know you dont spell it like this but this is how it sounds Drumadrochit.
They had to wait almost a year for planning permission, have been invited up in the near future.
Hope I can  get some photos half as good as yours.

Ooh I would love to have a place by Loch Ness. How lovely. I know exactly where you mean.Drumnadrochit. (I've cheated I happened to have a road map next to the computer!).

I keep telling OH I'm going to get a rickety old caravan and park it on the shore and spend two weeks Nessie watching !  Only joking but the peace and quiet would be nice.

I know you,you'll come back with truly amazing photos!   ;D I'll be peeved if you get Nessie though, I really really really wanted a pic of Nessie. lol ! ;D  ;D

Pssst don't tell anyone but there is a Loch Ness cam on the net and I sometimes watch it...I know ,I'm sad!!

Lovely place.  I stayed in a pub hotel there called the Ben Leva.  You run out of superlatives when talking about Loch Ness  :)

Thanks Vony!  It wasn't too bad if I remember correctly. It had been raining that day but the sun came out later so it was jumper weather.  The Loch looked menacingly cold though. Brrrr!
