Thought I would let you all know what special event happened today. My 18 year old daughter ran in the Cancer 10K Run at Sandringham in Norfolk. How proud we were of her and all the other 1,000 or so runners taking part.

The weather was splendid,really warm and sunny and the atmosphere was great. Emily and I have taken part in the 5K one ,at Cambridge ,a few years back and raised a fair bit of money then but today was special as she did it on her own for a worth while charity. Well done to anyone taking part in such events your all special people. :) and well done Emily. :)
