These ones are for jelly. The next lot will be quince sauce, than quince jam, than probably more jelly because the first pots will be empty at that time.... ;D

The Spanish grow a lot of Quinces and make a wonderful Quince preserve called Membrillo which is traditionally served with cheese, it is really delish!

It is a Cydonia oblonga and the taste is great.
I don't understand that  so few people have this tree in the garden.
It is not very tall and the fruit ts very healthy.
