Tim,
You posted a couple of piccies of stuffed marrow in the marrow glut thread.
What were the fillings?
( I have 5 marrows t use ;D)
I stuff mine with,
Cook some mince
Add a chopped fried onion
Add a little diced carrot
Add some fresh copped basil
Add some chopped tomatoes
Cook for about 20 mins
Add some cooked rice, about 1/2 the amount of mince mix you already have (Basmati is best)
Stuff in the marrows (which have been cut into rings and brushed with oil, cut the skin off aswell)
Cook for in the oven at 200ish for another 40 minutes.
Only thing is that the made up stuffed rings dont freeze well, which is a shame as they're really nice!
My favourite. Roy also does a nice one.

I made something similar to Tim's recipe the other night but used lamb mince with rosemary, garlic, splash of white wine and a couple of chillies for the stuffing. Sprinkled grated cheddar over top before baking. Baked at 200oC/Gas Mark 6 for 30-35 mins for those without an Aga :)
And why not!!
Keef / Tim / Jill,
Thankyou all !
Some lovely recipes there.
I peeled, chopped and fried some in olive oil and added
garlic and coriander seasoning - absolutely gorgeous :P
A very simple and quick stuffing is to saute some shallots and chopped gralic, allow to cool and mix with pork sauseage meat (or sausages liberated from their skins ) lots of chopped mixed herbs and a handful of Paxo stuffing. Mix it all up, stuff your marrow and cook as normal. I have stuffed a hollowed out pumpkin with this and it was delish ;D
