Title: Thanksgiving

Today is thanks-giving in Canada and that means "Turkey"
Only I'm not too Keen on Turkey so we're having Chicken.

Like you Glyn, we prefer chicken to turkey - but especialy used to love Capon - never see them now - is that another EU Regulation I wonder? :-\

Phew!! Can remember first time I had them, was great excitement at my first tasting.....eeuuuuuuwww! Gritz and gravy...still have nightmares.. :P ;) Enjoy!

Yes, you can still get capon!  I have one most years as I'm allergic to turkey.

I get free range Derbyshire ones  :)
