Just wanted to say thanks to all for winter basket suggestions, I think I've included all of them..... ::) ::) ::) But pleased with the result, and they're going up at the pub tomorrow, thought you might like a gander, oh dear...back up the ladder..... :-\ ;D

Thanks! Credit to ideas team on previous thread for winter hanging baskets though, I think. Not looking forward to lugging them up a ladder though...... ;D  ;D

Should have worn goggles, Dibs, got cordyline leaf in eye!! ::) Ouch! Fine now, but boy, did that hurt!!! Next time crash helmet, goggles, chemical suit, radioactive reader thingy and cushion on butt!!  ;D

Awww, Wardy, that's awful. Yes out of reach, and not at eye level.....LOL. Thank you. ;D Though just realized, that I left my trowel buried in one of the window boxes...... ::) ::) ::) Ho hum, there it shall stay!!!

Lottie. They look really great.......I love them.  A'hem..Lorna has to go up ladder tomorrow to take down summer baskets and try and do something half decent for winter. (Wish you had helicopter then you could pop in and help me ;D)....Lorna.

Well, Dibs, is magic trowel......you bury it in the window box...then go "Oh darn, lost me trowel", then pootle down nursery to buy new one you've been eyeing up! See? Magic ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Bambi, they only seem to do one full season though, as the roots gets too big, and the trunks bare. I used these in the summer and am being cheeky and recyling... :o :o :o! I go by the theory that if it grows....try it!!! If fails, run very fast and hide...... Lottie  ;D
