Well what value do you reckon a garden in this setting adds to the price of a property?
You can only see about half the garden from here, the trees get in the way.

For me, more than the bricks and mortar, but I guess it depends on the person buying the house.  Your garden isn't really low maintenance huh Eric, even though it is amazing!  If Joe Bloggs comes along and hates gardening, he wouldn't appreciate it, and certainly wouldn't wanna pay for it!

Jaggy.......what are you after!  ;) ;D

If I was lucky enough to move to a place with a garden like that I'd think I'd died and gone to heaven.

What it's worth is hard to say. I think a garden, however big or small  is worth it's weight in gold but then I have a neighbour who has completely blockpaved his back garden. It's so ugly I'm glad I can only see it from upstairs.
