Post by: aquilegia on October 04, 2005, 14:11:18
Mum photographed this growing in Kos out of the sand. Any ideas?

Nearly right though Emma, it used to be considered a member of the Narcissus family, but Botanists have since moved it sideways.

Hey Ho Eric, such is life.  Funnily enough, whilst sitting in the motor waiting for the kids to come out of school I was browsing my new Dobies catalogue, and what did I spot.....those very flowers!  Pricey...something like 4 quid for 3 bulbs!  Very very pretty though.
