Oh don't GW!  I soooooooooooooooooooooooooo need to get back to my diet.....but I have a sack full of apples so am planning to spend some of tomorrow making various apple cakes and puddings, and then for supper tonite, I have made chicken soup with lashings of root veggies, all from the plot, and have made Tims courgette bread with one of the straggling courgettes.....it should be healthy, it could be low cal, but I will probably have 2 bowls full, and my darling and I will possibly eat all of the bread, covered in butter, to dunk in the thick umptious soup, where the parsnips and the celeriac are going soft, where the carrots melt in your mouth, where the leeks are creamy and rich...................aaaggghhhh!

I'll tell you what works - eating less and exercising.  End of.

Mmmmm,  that soup was devine wardy, and I was very restrained!  My darlink Ava is on Chicken Curry tonite, whilst I will be tucking into curried pumpkin soup, made yesterday!  Oh, and I did manage to leave a couple of chunks of the courgette bread....so will be mopping the soup up with that!
