for those who don't know, Bonga is a floating oil platform, the largest vessel ever to visit the Tyne, its been here since November and left this morning for the Niger Delta, its got no engine and some well massive tugs and its huge!
completely not relevant to allotments but its a very big boat and i was impressed  :D
Hi Legless
Have just tried to view your photo album, but it required registering with Yahoo ! So...done that ...and still no access! Am I missing something obvious? ??? ;D
no i'm thick and forgot to set it to public viewing! should be ok now!!
great photos - I'm really annoyed I missed it but I was working today - yaa boo sucks
Oh Legless ...don't be so harsh on yourself!! ;D
We all make silly mistakes..at least you've managed the digital camera technique...I've had mine 6 months and only just finished ploughing through the instruction manual!!! ::)
Great photos...looked like a typical cold, grey murky day up there!!
Just to cheer you up, snow is forecast for next week!! :o
it just hailed....
snow - oh joy! i grew up in the fens and you only need to put me on a very slight incline in snow and i fall over
:D
Ha!! I just love the snow :) just as well 'cos we normally get snowed in for a while in normal winters...the last few have been pretty abnormal tho' !!
I love walking through the woods after a good snowfall, trying to work out which animals and birds have left their footprints! Great fun !My 2 teenagers have grown out of all that ...but not me!! ;D ;D ::)
