Oooh, looks yummy. :)
Haven't seen the whole pumpkin pudding before. Love pumpin soup though, and will be having a go at pie soon.
;D They look delish ;) any chance of a recipe, or have you put them in the recipe section? ;) ;D
Hi caz and baz 、Roy Bham UK
I haven't got recipes for the soup&pie as I made them up :P but if you'd like to try the pudding, here's how.
*Ingredients* serves8-10
1 pumpkin(smallish)
4-6 Egg(depends on the size of the pumpkin)
200-300ml coconut milk(you could alternate some with milk)
1/2-3/4cup sugar(taste to suit)
The finished coconutty liquid should be - milk(50%) eggs(50%).
For the recipe, try the link below. It's a Japanese page translated by Google and you may find this English a bit odd ;D but with all the step-by-step pics, you'll be alright.

;) Thanks KT, tried the link but found it a little daunting, there were some adverts covering the ingredients and the translation had too many gaps in it and me being brand new to cooking, I just know I will mess up ::) ;D
I did have a peek at your Blog “My Kitchen Garden†and found it interesting, is there anyway we can translate it and are you from a Japanese descent?
The reason I am prying is that maybe we could coax a few Japanese recipe's out of you ;D

Basically, you scoop out the seeds&pulp of a squash then fill it with the coconutty mixture.I steam-baked mine in the oven,in an oven dish half-filled with boiled water for 1hr or so.Set the temperture at 160c(not too high or it'll burn).Serve chilled.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
I tried to get Google to translate it so that I could put a link to the English version of the page but the finished text was... ??? :o ???Â
Mizuna and I share the birthplace although I've lost my Japanese touch ;D Not sure how authentic my recipes are.....
