I see lots of post about people making passata, does anyone have a recipe as I would like to make this??

Join the club & buy yourself a 'juicer'. See above. You can stand a wooden spoon in that stuff! (using 'beef' toms). Or do it the hard way - through a sieve.
Add any flavours that take your fancy.
