I have picked the first of many, what look like round marrows which are yellow and green striped.
I was given the seeds by my Spanish allotment neighbour who tells me that the English intepretation of their name is "Angel's head"
Apparently when opened they resemble spaghetti inside and the Spanish use them for making cakes or pancakes.
Any recipes would be appreciated as I have counted at least half a dozen that are ready for harvest in amongst the foliage
Derek
Hi Derek,
