Hi sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I've not posted much as yet, mainly cos I don't know anything, but also I have whats probably a really stupid question.
Is it ok to just add to any thread I want to, or is that like butting into someone elses conversation? I do see that the more I post the better Ill be known, but I just don't know if its ok to just pop out of nowhere and start chiming in.
Sorry to ask something so basic but dont want to cause any offence. Thankyou xx
;D
Not a silly question...I have not been on here for long and wondered the same thing!!
I have to say this is a really friendly site and as far as I can tell it is ok to comment on anything you like.
If I have made some major faux pas and butted in, the people on here are so polite they have not told me off!!
So my advice is: post away and enjoy!!
Hey Pansy, and welcome! Join in wherever you feel you want to! Where you think it's appropriate ( or not sometimes...Sorry.. :-\), this seems a fine place to start!! If veg, try edibles, other stuff non-edible, wherever you feel you'll get the response you need. You can't go wrong, really. Look forward to your next posting! Lottie ;D
Welcome Pansy,
Yes just join in and post wherever you like. Somebody will join in and add to your posts. Nobody will criticise you for putting your point of view, the worst that can happen is that you get no response ! I hope this helps, enjoy the site, we are really a happy bunch, with a couple of less sane people around like myself !
Have a lovely time here
Derekthefox :D
Welcome Pansy...always post to the last reply button..called bottom posting..and the conversation will be in sequence, and less of a muddle.
Hi all, thanks very much for the advice. Will have a go xx ;D
Hi Pansy, welcome to the board :)
Hi Pansy,
Someone once told me there is only one stupid question and thats the one your never asked.
Welcome to a lovely site and hope you enjoy it as we all do.
No, the one stupid question is "if you cross the international date line on your birthday, do you get two lots of presents?"
:)
