I work in the PC business and totally agree with those comments!! well done for bringing it to peoples attention!!!!! once they're in a system; they're a bugger to remove "Completely"!!

Which is even more scary when you consider that after a clean install you generally have to connect to the internet to update your spyware etc. So despite trying to do everything safely you are still potentially giving time for infection by unblocked worms etc.....
