Anyone any suggestions for using the Celery seeds from last years plants?

Hi Palustris,
                   I always add a teaspoonful to my home made bread mix along with about 7 other seed types depending on availability. ;)

I recently discovered you can grind the seed with sea salt to get celery salt. It has hundreds of delicious uses and is an essential ingredient of a Bloody Mary. ;)
