Car rally - does it include a treasure hunt type thingy? We did one with our swimming club and it was a blast. Not sure it was meant to be though ;D
Looks a lovely location for it DP :)
Love the Oast House conversion and the third picture down.
Is that the Star & Eagle in Goudhurst?
It is indeed Diana!! Not tried it yet meself though! DP
It's goo - food + drink.
Also, there's a pub opposite the pond that used to do really Thai food in the downstairs restaurant ;D
Just like me Dad - I could take you on a tour of the country, but only via it's pubs. Just spent half an hour with OH trying to remember the name of a kentish village with really small tight streets + a pub + church (narrows it down huh!) + historical plaques but I can't remember the name of the pub (possibly the Bell, but prob totally dif). Probably in the Marden area
Ooh, just had a look at a map and Goudhurst is right near Bedgebury Pinetum where we'll be visiting in October, think lunch at that lovely looking pub may be in order ;D
Lovely photos DP, I'd love the first house :)
