I've just been told my tomatoes have botritis. Can anybody shed light? ???
Botrytis? Sad!
Too late to prevent, so cut back into healthy material. Burn or dispose of safely.
And dust the wound with sulphur??
Where possible snap off side shoots or leaves at stem/leaf joints rather than cutting. The plant will self seal at these points and avoid an open wound.
Remove dead, diseased, damaged plant material and avoid watering from overhead - water only at soil level.
