Hubby was cutting a hedge which had this wild rose growing through it,and high at the top was this thing growing,well me being nosey had to dissect it ::) ::)first of all it feels and looks like a moss ball,it had a firm core a bit like a chestnut and when l cut it with my scalpel it had small holes with tiny white grubs inside :o
