Title: Source for green manure seeds
Post by: rhubarb on August 06, 2005, 22:00:18
Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum but had an allotment for several years. I want to plant a green manure this autumn and whilst I can find lots of types in for example Gardenres World Magazine, there does not seem to be a local supplier for near Nottingham. Anyone able to help out with a supplier?

I bought some buckwheat from Kings Seeds back in June. I've already dug in a lot of it but I've left one patch to go to seed for next year. I think I'm probably going to have enough to supply the whole of our allotments!

What green manure would people suggest to plant now, and dig in around Nov / Dec.
