I have made a wine but it has turned out cloudy ???.
A friend suggested that i freeze wine place on cooling rack alcohol defrost quicker than liquid.(could this cause un controllable alchohol content ??)
is this a problem !!
when did you make it?
wine normally clears on its own accord.
(mind you, i got this from a book - havent made any yet but about to try myself :))
