I told you all it would rain last week!
Just back from our weeks hols on the south coast, the Pinks family have webbed feet and are sprouting gills, and our windburn is lovely! ;D Â
On the upside though my poor neighbour did not have to water for me! Â
Off to the plot tomorrow, sister didn't pick cos the weather was so awful, bet I have courgettes up there the size of marrows Â :o Â Out with the chutney recipes!!!! ;D
But I got to read 2 books, one being the new Harry Potter, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the rain! Â DP

Up here in Lincolshire and Humberside we have learnt nver to go on holiday at the same time as the weatherman. He holidays in Britain and always has the worst weather whenever he goes away. If he can't predict, how can the rest of us?

Welcome back DP - I am having to do without a holiday this year. :(
