Title: Lottie before, after and in-between
Post by: Moggle on July 27, 2005, 10:05:59
Was having a quick look at my photos yesterday to see the comparison since I took it over. What a difference, particulary in greenery since March!

Wow Moggle, you have worked hard, and it really shows!  Your plot is a real credit to you and I know you are already enjoying the benefits!

It is always interesting to see these before and afters.  It is amazing what you can achieve, so well done Moggle, your plot looks great.  :) busy_lizzie

Looks very good Moggle, you have worked really hard. Must be nice to have so much space to play with after having only had a balcony last year. :)

Ahhhhhhhhhhh, fantastic! An inspiration for all lottie starters.

I love the middle picture, what is it with freshly dug beds? I just love the looks of them. I haven't even harvested yet and looking forward to digging the beds over. Not the work mind you but the looks of it. After digging I can just take a chair and admire the dug over earth, sometimes I do just that but call it resting in between digging hahaha.

Thanks for posting Moggle. My favorite pictures, the before and afters.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. It's great to have people say such lovely things after all the hard work and at times feeling like it was all going wrong.

Even in the last picture, most of what I see is the bindweed at the back  ::)

It is nice to have the space though, and very satisfying to bring home armloads of produce  :D I now have the other half plot to this one as well, so more digging later this year, and even more stuff next year - but hopefully less weeds  :-\
