Just to let you all share in my good news, have just found out that I've passed my last OU exam and module which completes my BSc; and I'm now feeling very pleased with myself!!! ::) ::) :o ;D

I was convinced that the exam wasn't worth the paper I'd written on - just shows how wrong you can be!

Now have more letters after my name and a diploma in environmental policy to boot - yeeha!

Sooper dooper!

Wonder what the 'policy' bit means? No1 son did the first course in environmental 'architecture' (???) at Essex in the 60s.

Must be good for the nation though? = Tim

what is BSc in (or did I just not read post v well) - you get to wear a gown that enables you to fly n a hat that doubles as small knee table for putting celebratory canapes on...

Hugh...... I was almost banned from tutorials because of my environmental sense of humour..... so I doubt whether my taste in jokes will be affected!

Tim.... the policy bit refers to talking about what should be done and who should make the decisions, instead of getting on and doing something

Mysticmog ...........The BSc is non-specific, I started doing Life Sciences many moons ago and transfered credit to finish it off with the OU, when my daughter started full-time school.It was quicker and easier than going the subject-specific route.

I can WAHAY again! :D Many congrats ragged robin - way to go! For one that isn't great at exams, failed my maths o'level 3, yes 3 times, I grovel in your presence! (spelling wasn't my strong point either! ;D)

Well done!! I am not sure that I'd ever want to take another exam in anything now!
