Anybody got any basil mint, it's quite  easy to grow in pots, was just wondering if any of you had any recipe ideas

Basil Mint is fantastic!

You can use it in place of basil in most recipies.

Being an evergreen plant... it's use can bring a bit of summer flavour to dull autumn and winter dishes.

When I say you can use it in most recipies, I would not try a pesto out of it as the texture tends to be a bit fuzzy on the tounge.
