Any suggestions for an easy and quick brew.. just attempted cherry wine today and there's plenty of pears and plums on there way... Any suggestions my allotment friends...

the best I ever made was Elderberry - real potent stuff wow 210% octane!!  Waiting for autumn!! ;D

Another I made was apricot, but it never got out of the bottle, husband drank it out of the jar with a straw!!  Must have been good, never got a sip ;D  ;D  ;D

Pour moi, c'est le pinot noir, mais il ne pas been planted long enough. :'(

Le vin de sloe de last year est clearing nicely, and smells tres bon. :P

Most fruits will give you something alcoholic if you try - add a bit of sugar if need be and some yeast from a home-brew shop (although there is a recipe for home-made yeast in a book I've got somewhere.......)
