Couple more - the climbimg zucchini were seeds from the USA from my brother in law and were 7/8 years old. There were only 3 and to my surprise they all germinated. Love the frill round the neck of the flower.

 ;) That is lovely  periwinkle  ;) and so tidy, I must pay more attention to my weeds and not to my veggies, even my neighbour has mentioned my weeds, (as if I idn't know they were there) ;D

Fabulous!  It is great seeing pictures of other peoples plots of land and seeing how things are laid out.  Something I have really noticed is how many flowers people grow on their plots, so that is my plan for next year!  Your cardoon is way ahead of mine.  I have only one plant in it's first full year (thanks Stephan  :-*) and it has 3 flower heads.  I can't wait for them to burst open!
