This is from another nephew in Kent. This chap was in the yard of an internet friend in Texas. Glad to be in UK ???

That looks very cruel.
Rosebud. I did think it looked cruel but I suppose these people are experts in removing unwanted guests.. Lorna.
I knew a guy in Birmingham who subsequently led one of the rebel factions in Sierra Leone and became a major war criminal; if he was still alive they'd be putting him on trial. A thousand giant crocodiles would be better than one man like that.
I think they probably shot the 'gator first ;)
Big B*gger huh!
Eek!
I agree with Benthall although I at first thought how cruel but after looking again I think the gator must be dead. I cannot imagine them trying to load it on to the truck with its jaws not secured. (Or have I been watching too much of Steve Irwin.. think I have got the name right!!) I also think they are magnificent creatures but if he was in my yard and perhaps endangering the life of my family I would be pleased if he was removed. Lorna.
If you look the rope is under the alligators arms as well, so they are taking the weight.
:) Sorry supernan, but it made me smile to think of the 'gator with "arms" and legs rather than four legs. :)
Now there's a handbag, or even a suitcase.
I don't think they would have shot it first at all! They come along to remove them, not kill them.
I agree, the poor thing does look very uncomfortable, look at the bulging face. Hopefully it was only to shift it from the floor to the truck anyway.
They take them back to their own "territory" and let them go again. Quite rightly so.
