Title: Can anyone tell me what this is?????

  ??? Was tidying up the roses yesterday & came acroos this little chap munching away on a leaf.
Very interesting thing, friend or foe?? Any ideas anyone??

Oh dear .... What  a handsome chap - but having said that, would not want him anywhere near my produce !  :o ::) ;)

Excellent pics, Marley!! I had those sweethearts too, but my pics too bad to post!! Just big blurrr. Thought I had some exotic speices in the garden......... Oh well!! Lottie  ;D

 ;D  I know what you mean lottie I thought it was something exotic as well, got quite excited for a while.  :) Did wonder why I've never seen one before.   I have now set it free again & was last seen happily munching away on the birch tree. Good luck to it now.  :) :)
