Title: Passion Flower cuttings
Post by: Doris_Pinks on June 29, 2005, 16:31:56
When is the best time to take them? Daughter wants me to grow one and just looked in the garden center and it was £14.75 :o :o :o  (granted it was a very healthy looking plant, but..........)  Would now be OK?
Thanks DP

There was a special offer - three passiflora plug plants for £2-99 postage in one of the garden magazines last month - think it was gardens monthly.

Layering is easy too, and you get quite a big plant if you pick a good sized shoot to peg down into a pot.

I've got dozens - nay, hundreds! -  that have seeded in my garden form my two. If you want me to try packing and sending you one I'm more than happy. They only get pulled up and put on the heap.
