I have the yellow lichen on my ballerina apple tree - will it harm it, or do I just leave well alone :-\

It doesn't affect the tree at all.

 :) My apple tree has it on the trunk & as far as I know it doesn't hurt the tree, can't find anything to say it does either, enjoy the beautiful colours.  ;D ;D
