As the subject says or is there anyone else germinating bamboo seeds?

Not yet. I have a fargesia nitida which is currently flowering worldwide so I am waiting with some trepidation for mine to flower as it will leave a big gap. When quizzing someone from PW Plants at Chelsea about the whole thing he said it was dead easy to grow from seed & often germinated like grass seed around the plant. It also grows pretty quickly. So I will have a go if/when mine does flower.
