Wow Glyn absolutely stunning!

Have you been on one of those boats before?

Is that pic taken from high up from the hotel? It makes me feel a bit queezy! Vertigo! The spray is amazing though.

How did you get those close up pics?

Fascinating isnt it?

I paid for my son to go on a school trip to Niagra falls, well that was part of the trip, as he went skiing to Quebec.
And he loved it so much.

In my day, you walked to the local farm for a school trip  ::)  :D

Yes. It's "The maid of the mist" and scared the hell out of me by going "toooo" close to the falls. Never again.

Yes. Taken from the Sheriton hotel, 24 floor. I'm amazed the photos turned out OK, considering it's a "no no" to shoot through (double glazed) glass with digital?

You can get quite unnervingly close. You can even go down tunnels and walk out literally under the falls, very powerful, very noisy, and very wet...too wet to get your camera out.
