Hi all,
The May competition is open for entries, and in response to some questions I've received, some rules :-\ ...
- The picture you enter can be of any subject not only garden / allotment related.
- It must have been taken by you during the month of the competition, so during May for this months.
- I am limiting the competition to one entry per member per month.
Hope everyone understands and we continue to get excellent photographs entered.
Oh and lastly, good luck everyone.
Dan

Should have said I was in Florida at the time. The shoreline walks were about the only thing worth recommending about Miami in my opinion (I don't like hot places but the annual conference I have to go to tends to pick them... )
moonbells
OK. Then it's a "Miami Herring gull"
;D ;D ;D ;D

Moonbells, your pic is superb. Such concentration on the bird's face - he's got his beady eye on a fish alright! Almost see the movement in the water too. Well done you!

Here's my effort, it's from a bunch of lilies that were on my windowsill a few weeks ago, and they filled the house with their heady scent!
