Not quite got the "rabbit proofing" right yet, but does anyone know if they like squash plants + fruits?
They seem to have focused on the brassicas so far (leaving the lettuce, onions, leeks, chard + beetroot alone for now) - kohl rabi seems to be their fave (kohl rabi - does that translate to rabi fav anyone?).

Rabbits have been rampant on our lotties so folks have fenced them off. I can't afford to as my plot is huge but I've not had anything eaten up to yet as all the rabbits have been dying off due to myximatosis. Still got pigeons and slsugs though. I put little gem lettuces in and expected them to get eaten straight away but they were still there last night. I planted them in amongst the J onion sets which I hoped might deter nasties
