Leek soup

Lady Cosmos

Having still 2 full rows of leek I decided to use 1 row = about 20 leeks, for making thick soup what I will freeze.
Melt butter and fry the sliced leeks, add a few thin sliced potatoes.
Than put the whole lot in bouillion (stock) add, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and a few sliced carrots and a bit thyme and add milk, boil gentle for 30 min. and the soup is ready and my plot is getting empty for the new crop. :D
