Thank you everybody for your kind, good wishes.  Yes it does take about 3 cakes to accommodate all the candles needed these days, Pumpkinlover  :sunny:   

There were several garden pressies too including a new UN type large water bottle and now my automatic watering table can be automatic again and water seedlings on demand.  My old one had split after many years of service. 

MIL treated us to a fab Indian meal to end the celebrations.  And we get to do it all again in a few days, as our family birthdays are very close to each other. 

As I got new gardening gloves too, maybe it is time to tackle the nettles between the greenhouse and the hedge.   :wave:

Lol.  Soft pencils are just the ticket for writing gardening labels, as sun won't fade the writing, thanks Duke!  :sunny:
