With vast apologies for only posting when I have an urgent question (at least I know where to come), I am really keen to grow cherry tomatoes which grow in a neat paired truss of opposite placed fruits...rather than a bunch. I find picking ripe tomatoes out of a cluster to be infuriating as my clumsy fingers almost invariably pull unripe ones off the stalk in my pursuit of the riper ones. I grow about 60 plants as I make a lot of ketchup and passata so I am always in a bit of a rush.
Anyway, I had high hopes for Chadwick Cherry last year but they turned out to be bunching types while Sungold, which does grow in paired vines, is really far too thin-skinned for my needs. Any suggestions.
