I am worried that all the ladybirds seem to have turned orange.
I think we are getting the harlequin ladybirds
Never seen anything like this before:
Picture is better than expected. My cheapo Chinese phone dun well!!

That one is definitely a harlequin. There are not many of either sort around here lately.

I think we may only have harlequins now.
The normal ones seem to have gone. They used to roost for the winter in one of my fir trees, sometimes hundreds and hundreds of them, but for the first time there were none this winter.

Digeroo, same experience here. Few ladybirds and all of them were harlequins.
