Anyone know? Either 1 pint or 2 pint size. What sort of price would you expect to pay?

If you want them for beer you could try wilkinsons if you have one near to you. I think they sell them in packs of twelve. I use the 500ml plastic coke or dr pepper bottles, it's less hassle than using the bottle caps.
