I was reading an old kitchen garden magazine round at a friend's the other day and there was an article about caulis. The author was extolling the virtues of coloured caulis and saying that they were easier to grow because you don't have to worry about the curd discolouring and that they were higher in vitamins etc.
So has anyone tried these and how easy were they to grow. And were they tasty? Or are they just "new fangled" and not worth bothering with?
