I must be mad!

Well, I got my first plot 2 weeks ago, and I have strimmed it, cleared and covered it up. Then the plot next to me became vacant yesterday and I could not resist having it as well :o
It has a shed!
It also has 5 plum trees. Do I need to do anything to these trees? or just leave them alone.

Leave them alone - at least until you see how they perform next year.

I've got a plum tree in my garden which didn't fruit very well last year. I read somewhere recently that you need to add some compost in spring so I'm going to try that.

Are plum trees self fertile, or do they need friends to play with?

I have ordered a Marjories Seedling and a Victoria. I can't remember now but I *think* they were self-fertile.

Just got back from the doctors! He has prescribed anti-lottie pills, so hopefully I won't be tempted to take on any more plots! ;D
