Can any one help me, I am looking for a good recipe for Sorrel soup, anyone have one they would care to share?

I just add a handful to ordinary leek & potato soup (ie. wilt it in the butter before adding water). You don't need too much of it, as it's very astringent. Lovely, though!

Purple, Im sure you mean to be helpful really, but I was looking for more tried and tested recipes rather than blind internet pot luck! ;)

Slight drift here, but find a borsch recipe you like and add the sorrel to that recipe, beetroot and sorrel are made for each other.
