new nieghbours
« on: July 25, 2008, 18:29:32 »
Got to the plot today and found that we had new nieghbours on the next plot. So pleased that they have taken the allotment over.Someone took it on last year but didn't get going and of course the weeds took over. Today they got a strimmer on it and all the nasty grass seed has been cut down. It is their first plot and when they asked for a good book about veg growing of course I pointed them In this direction. We don't need any books do we with all the info on here. Of course they went away with a courgette like ya do.lol
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Wish the bloke in the bungalow next to young Lorna would move. Brambles and weeds 8ft high. Same with a YOUNG woman opposite. she didn't even bother to put her brimming over wheelie bins out for 5 weeks until her neighbour complained. Pity they don't ask the Landlords for a flat!!!!
